Meet the professionals of DRP

Alex B. “Andy” Andrews, IV

As CEO of Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Andy oversees development, acquisitions, strategic planning, construction and financing of eco-friendly commercial and residential projects throughout North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. Prior to creating Dominion Realty Partners, Andy joined Daniel Corporation in 1987 and served as Senior Vice-President while overseeing the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions for that company.

 

Over the past ten years, Dominion Realty Partners, LLC has developed and acquired over two billion dollars worth of commercial office buildings, multi-family communities, high-rise condominium projects and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast region.

 

Before entering the real estate field, Andy played on the World Professional Tennis Tour (ATP) for five years. Andy won over nineteen professional titles and reached the semifinals in doubles of the US Open and the doubles finals of the Australian Open. Andy is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School in Virginia and played collegiate tennis at North Carolina State University. His recent awards and designations include: Two-time All American and All ACC in Tennis at North Carolina State University, Two-time past President of Raleigh Racquet Club and five year Board Member, Member of North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame, George Whitfield Hall of Fame inductee, Mary Milam Lifetime Tennis Achievement Award Winner, 2011 North Carolina Tennis Association President’s Award recipient, 2013 -2014 USTA National Board of Directors – Delegate at Large, USTA Southern section Delegate at Large, Secretary of the Board of Directors USTA Southern Section, USTA Junior Competition Committee member, USTA Varsity Collegiate Committee member, Chairman of NAIOP Urban Redevelopment Forum, Two-Time President of Triangle Area Office Building Association and Chairman of NC Tennis Association Capital Association Campaign. During the past seven years Andy has raised over $9,000,000 for tennis programs, facilities and opportunities for those less fortunate. Andy resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Carol and their children, Rhyne and Alex.

Michael M. Campbell

As President of Dominion Realty Partners, Michael is involved with all aspects of the firm’s business that includes the development, acquisitions, leasing, construction and financing of DRP’s commercial and residential projects throughout North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. He is also actively involved in the firm’s strategic planning and oversees the operations of the company. Prior to being one of the original Principals involved with the creation of Dominion Realty Partners, Michael joined Daniel Corporation in 1994 and served as Vice President of Daniel and managed the Richmond-based office.

 

Michael is a graduate of The Collegiate Schools located in Richmond, Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. Michael resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Beverly and their children, McCullough and Randolph. His business related associations and licenses include:

Chris Carlino

Chris joined Dominion Realty Partners in 2014 and is currently a principal in the company. In this role, Chris is tasked with assisting in the management of the ongoing development projects of the firm. His responsibilities include the underwriting and financing of the company’s developments, acquisitions and disposition efforts and ushers projects through the design, construction, and delivery phases. Chris also acts as a liaison between project and construction folks and DRP’s institutional equity partners.

 

Chris received a Bachelors in Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business where he majored in Real Estate. Upon graduation, Chris lived and worked in Atlanta before returning to his hometown of Raleigh, NC.

 

Prior to joining Dominion, Chris was the Senior Financial Analyst based in the Raleigh office of CBRE. From 2011 to 2013, he served as the financial and research analyst for the Greensboro and Raleigh offices. In 2013, he was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for overseeing the underwriting and financial activities for the Capital Markets teams across the Mid-South region.

 

Chris is actively involved in the local community and is a member of the local chapters of NAIOP, CCIM, and ULI, where he has participated in the 2014 & 2018 Young Leader’s Partnership Forum. Chris currently serves on the NAIOP Young Leaders Board. He also holds an active North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license.

Kathy S. Adams, CCIM, CAPS, RPA

As Principal-Operations, Kathy is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, which includes property management, leasing and marketing of the Property Managers and leasing agents and their respective properties for the Mid-Atlantic. These properties include commercial Class A office buildings, apartments, apartment/condominium conversions, HOA and senior living.

 

Prior to Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Kathy was with Daniel Corporation for eight years and served in various capacities including Vice President of Operations and Leasing as well as Vice President, Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic region. Kathy has over twenty-three years of experience in the leasing, management and sale of commercial real estate. She has held several positions with The Linpro Company and The Rouse Company.

 

Kathy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University with a concentration in marketing and management. She currently is involved in the following professional and civic associations in local and/or national chapters:

Sherry Collins

Sherry joined the Dominion Realty Partners team in September 2012 as a Property Manager at Windsor at Tryon Village. She started her career in property management in 1985 and earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 1989. During her 30 year career she has worked with various management companies including Westdale, Equity Residential, MerryLand Investment, Aimco, and Oxford in various capacities both on-site and at a corporate level. Her expertise includes new construction, new acquisitions, and renovations with experience in all classes of assets.

 

While working with Equity Residential as a General Manager, Sherry was responsible for multiple properties and assisted with the disposition of the Greensboro portfolio. During her career, Sherry has worked in several markets including Charlotte, Greensboro, Chapel Hill and Cary.

 

In her spare time Sherry enjoys spending time with her two college age children when they are home and scuba diving. She earned her Divemaster and Cavern Diver certifications in 2014 and enjoys diving any tropical reef and the Florida Springs Cave System.

Brian Egan

Brian Egan joined DRP as Senior Property Manager in 2016. Brian’s responsibilities include property management oversight of DRP’s commercial office portfolio in Virginia.

 

Prior to joining DRP, Brian was Director of Real Estate for Healthcare Realty (HR). At HR Brian oversaw leasing and management for approximately 2 million square feet of medical office properties in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

 

Before his tenure with HR, Brian worked for Aon Corporation as Director of Real Estate – Midwest. At Aon Brian was responsible for leasing and management of Aon’s 3 million square foot portfolio across several Midwest states.

 

Brian has extensive experience in commercial property management, leasing, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions. He is consistently successful at maximizing asset value through significant gains in income, occupancy, expense reduction and tenant satisfaction & retention.

 

Brian holds a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and he has completed post-graduate work in real estate finance and law at Northwestern University and The John Marshall Law School.

 

Brian’s professional and civic involvement include BOMA, the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate, Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Richmond, Mount Vernon Church and Hope Church. Brian lives just outside Richmond with his wife Hope and son Daniel.

Josh Wilkes

Josh joined Dominion Realty Partners in 2019 as Director of Acquisitions. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities and development sites. He also assists in the management of equity and debt relationships.

 

Prior to Dominion Realty Partners, Josh formed his own investment company, Appaloosa Real Estate Partners. He has spent most of his career as an investment banker with Ernst & Young Capital Advisors and Wells Fargo Securities. Josh has executed over $15 billion of debt, equity and M&A transactions.

 

Josh earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He serves on the board of a local non-profit that manages a $12 million annual budget and is an active member of Hope Community Church. Josh resides in Charlotte with his wife, Jill and three children, Asher, Abigail and Ava. He is a member of ULI and licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Pamela Castro

Pam joined Dominion Realty Partners in July 2015 as Controller. With more than 25 years of accounting experience, she is responsible for daily accounting and financial reporting.

 

Previously, Pam held the position as Accountant and Human Resource Administrator for Zapolski Real Estate, LLC for 4 years. Prior to that, Pam held the position of Accountant and Office Manager for Scriptorium Publishing Services, Inc. for 13 years and played a vital role in keeping the organization running smoothly. Prior to Scriptorium, she excelled in various accounting positions of increasing responsibility. Pam earned her bachelor’s degree from Pace University.

 

Originally from New York, she currently resides in Cary, North Carolina.

Wesley C. Keener, CPA

Wesley joined Dominion Realty Partners LLC in September 2018 as a Controller. He has over 30
years of accounting experience.

 

Prior to joining DRP, Wesley has held various positions in real estate companies from an assistant controller in a publically traded entity to CFO for a privately held boutique real estate management/development company in Durham, NC. He has experience in both multi-family,
commercial retail and commercial office development/management. He also has experience in the site development for single family detached housing.

 

After attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he worked for a regional accounting firm prior to entering the real estate industry. He is a member of the NCACPA and AICPA professional organizations.

 

A North Carolina native, he currently resides in Chapel Hill, NC.

Joseph Murray, Sr.

As Construction Manager, Joe is responsible for assisting and overseeing the construction and development of office and multifamily developments for DRP. These developments include commercial Class A office buildings, apartments, apartment/condominium conversions and HOAs. He also oversees the property maintenance teams.

 

Prior to Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Joe was with Daniel Corporation for 6 years. Joe brings 20 years of maintenance experience and 16 years specializing in HVAC and commercial maintenance with experience spanning from Class A office to long term care facilities. Joe has held positions at Highwoods and with Living Centers of America.

 

Joe received extensive vocational training while in the Marine Corps which included diesel mechanics, electrical, hydraulics, Hazmat (first responder), and vehicle recovery. Joe has continued education through manufacturer training courses sponsored by Trane, Carrier, McQuay, and Daiken to name a few.

 

Joe and his wife Christy live in Raleigh with their four children.

Jody Booth

Jody is a Construction Manager with DRP and is responsible for implementing the preconstruction, construction, commissioning and project closeout phases of a development project with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining project controls and completing projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Jody also works closely with property management staff in assisting with project turn over and integrating property management operations.

 

Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from N.C. State University and Masters in Business & Administration from Elon University. He has managed numerous projects over his 20 plus year career including the Georgia Aquarium, FBI headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge TN, and IMF headquarters in Washington, DC. He is a registered Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, Project Management Professional and LEED Accredited Professional.

Beth Hayes

Beth got her start in the apartment business as a leasing consultant at Crescent Arbors Apartments in March of 2004. She brought 14 years of hospitality experience to this position. In February of 2008 when the opportunity was presented she transferred to the Highlands at Olde Raleigh as the Community Manager and has welcomed the challenge of renovations and the ever-changing Industry.

 

Beth is a native of North Carolina and has lived in the Raleigh area since 2000. She has been married to Jason for 16 years and they recently moved to Wake Forest with their children, Emerson Rose and Ford Walker. They are not alone, they share their home with their two cats, Toulouse and Lillian Penelope (Lil’ P for short)!

 

When they are not at the soccer field or a dance event with the kids, they enjoy boating on Falls Lake and visiting their families in southeast NC.

Lee Ann Murray

Lee Ann Murray joined Dominion Realty Partners in August 2018 as the Property Manager for Synergy Executive Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Lee Ann started her career in commercial real estate as a Property Administrator and later Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. She takes pride in building tenant and vendor relationships and enjoys planning tenant events and offering design input for tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. In 2017, her management team earned the highest Kingsley Survey score for overall tenant satisfaction across the Carolinas.

 

In her spare time, she volunteers as the Chairman for Springdale Elementary’ s School Improvement Council and the co-chairman for the Town of Springdale’s Design and Review Board. She is the mother of three daughters; ages 12, 10, and 8 who excel in academics and competitive Irish Dancing. They enjoy camping and hiking and recently took a cross-country road trip to explore many of our National Parks.

Deborah A. Joyner, CAM

Debbie joined Dominion Realty Partners on January 1, 2018 when they acquired the Management
of Crescent Arbors Apartment Homes, LLC.

 

Debbie was influential during the development phase of Crescent Arbors in 1994, serving as the Leasing Manager. Her strong leadership and over sight to lead a team was instrumental in
positioning and branding Crescent Arbors as a desired and valued multi-family community. Her
focus is resident satisfaction and retention, resulting in a stable high occupancy rate. Debbie’s duties as manager include, but are not limited to, implementing policies and procedures, financial and operational aspects of the property, marketing, leasing, property maintenance, occupancy and retention goals.

 

Debbie has managed a diverse portfolio of multi-family housing, to include Leasing Agents,
Maintenance Engineers and Vendors.

 

The stability and the commitment as manager of Crescent since it’s development is evidence that it is a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together.

Allison Adams

Alli joined the Dominion Realty Partners team in September 2012 as a Leasing Consultant at Windsor at Tryon Village. While working with Dominion, Alli pursued and completed her Bachelors in Global Business at William Peace University in Downtown Raleigh. During her last year at WPU, Alli moved into an Administrative/Assistant Property Manager position with Dominion and in January 2019 moved into the role of Property Manager for the Raleigh/Durham commercial properties.

 

In her spare time, Alli enjoys baking, working out, and planning her next overseas adventures. So far, Alli has traveled through most of Western Europe and parts of Central America. She is looking forward to checking Australia and Northern Africa off her bucket list in the next couple of years.

Chassie Harris

Chassie joined the Residences at the John Marshall team in August of 2018. After graduating from East Tennessee State University she relocated to Richmond with her fiancé and 2 dogs. She has a passion for ensuring that all residents and guests are receiving the highest quality of customer service and best experience when they walk through the doors of the JM.
