Wade III | Raleigh, NC

Wade III is the first building in Wade Park developed by DRP, which already manages the office park. Wade III was completed in twelve months and came in under budget. It is a similar footprint to the existing Wade I and II but is slightly larger thanks to smart design principles. Built as a speculative building, Wade III held its grand opening being 50% leased.

The building features an adjacent, dedicated surface lot and underground parking deck, brick and glass veneer and column-free floor plans.

In February 2016, Wade III was awarded Gold LEED Certification by the US Green Building Council for its core and shell. DRP also achieved this for the Genworth Office Building in March 2010, making it the only developer in Raleigh to have achieved this for two buildings.
