FNB Tower| Raleigh, NC

The new FNB Tower at 501 Fayetteville is a modern, twenty-two (22) story glass and metal skin building, featuring ground floor lobbies, retail, 6 floors of commercial office space, club level with pool deck and 13 stories of residential above. The tower will occupy a high profile site fronting onto City Plaza directly across from the Marriott and Bank of America building in downtown Raleigh.

FNB Tower takes design cues from the first building in the development, Charter Square, with its stone treatment at the street level around ground level retail.
